In case of any product related problem/dissatisfaction, packaging or manufacturing defect, consumer/distributor can return/exchange the product.
The distributor/consumer must contact the distributor/company from whom they purchased the same within 30 days from the date of purchasing. They have to give a valid reason along with the original bill/invoice copy. In such cases, it is the distributor’s duty to satisfy the customer’s need for money refund or replacement of products.
The company will replace this product free of cost or exchange with the same or Company will give a cash voucher (ZERO PV) of the same amount, which can be used by the distributor with in 30 days for purchasing products of the own choice.
